Ekar’s Community Farmers are an important part of our core farm team, working at the intersection of farming and food systems equity. This part-time role (~20 hrs/week) includes learning and performing all farm tasks and gaining a comprehensive view of all farm operations, including: harvesting, seeding, transplanting, weeding, trellising, soil cultivation, CSA distribution, irrigation and more.
