Our Jewish tradition is grounded in principles of justice and charity (Tzedakah) and working to repair the world (Tikkun Olam). Jews have been active in pursuing these values throughout our long history, putting them into action in myriad different ways.

At its heart, Effective Altruism is about answering one basic question: How can we use our resources to help others the most? At Effective Altruism for Jews (eaforjews.org), we are passionate about applying our Jewish perspectives to help answer this question by using reason and evidence to have the greatest impact we can.
