Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical oncology and hematology care to a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, imaging centers, laboratories, and hospital partners to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in and support clinical research trials, offering patients access to novel cancer therapies.
- Supervise and engage with clinical staff, fostering a culture of compassion, professionalism, and excellence in care delivery.
- Contribute to organizational initiatives that enhance patient services, practice growth, and physician development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology and Hematology.
- Active California medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong clinical background in oncology with demonstrated expertise in patient-centered care.
- Interest in clinical trial participation, research, or medical education is preferred.

- Competitive guaranteed base salary of $700,000 for the first three years (five-day, 8 AM – 5 PM schedule).
