de Toledo High School seeks an experienced and dynamic Technical Director/Set Designer/Stagecraft Teacher for a position beginning in August 2026. Reports to the Department Chair and Principal. The candidate must demonstrate excellent technical and design skills and a passion for directing technical elements of school events and teaching stagecraft. Responsibilities include serving as Technical Director and Set Designer for school arts/dance events, assemblies, and special events, and teaching one class of Stagecraft PE. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: enthusiasm for the school’s mission and culture; experience in technical direction, set design, and stagecraft teaching; ability to design/construct sets, operate/oversee lighting and sound, manage production schedules and budgets, and collaborate with program directors; BA or higher in Technical Theatre or related field. Salary Range: $85,000–$100,000 DOE with outstanding benefits. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
