de Toledo High School in West Hills, CA is looking for a Swimming Head Coach. Preferred applicants must have prior head coaching experience (preferably at the high school, collegiate, or club level). Qualities that we are looking for in a Head Coach are great communication skills (writing and verbal), a determination to grow the program, a deep knowledge of swimming techniques and concepts, a professional demeanor, and a passion for the sport of swimming. The Head Coach is responsible for the development of their program and is expected to work closely with the Athletic Directors regarding all team logistics, scheduling, spirit packs, etc. Salary is $6,500 over the January 4, 2027-May 15, 2027 coaching period.
