Home Health Aide (HHA) – Full-Time | All Shifts Available
Pay: From $18.15 per hour (Paid Biweekly)

The Massry Residence Assisted Living Community at Daughters of Sarah Senior Community is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Home Health Aides (HHA) for all shifts.

Please note: A valid HHA Certificate is REQUIRED for this position.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide, you will:

• Provide professional and compassionate personal care services to residents
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Work independently while following established care plans and direction
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and outings
• Assist with resident transportation and mobility throughout the facility
• Observe residents’ physical conditions and report any changes or concerns
• Monitor resident areas and facility conditions, reporting maintenance or safety concerns as needed

Qualifications

• HHA Certification required
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Professional, courteous, and compassionate communication
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous healthcare or related experience preferred
