Pay Range: $18.50 – $26.88 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Prepare fresh, hot meals including entrées, soups, vegetables, and sides
- Follow recipes and meal plans for daily service and special events
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with kosher guidelines
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
- Check food temperatures and taste dishes to ensure quality
- Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Properly store food and complete required prep logs
- Work independently while staying connected with the Executive Chef and team
- Support a safe environment, including following emergency procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cooking or food service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and genuine care for older adults
Physical Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Ability to safely use kitchen equipment (knives, slicers, etc.)
