Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Full-time, Part-time & Per Diem Opportunities Available

What You’ll Do

Be a Vital Caregiver

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under the direction of the Resident Care Director
• Administer medications and follow individualized care plans

Keep Things Running Smoothly

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident care updates effectively

Lead and Inspire

• Supervise and support Personal Care Aides (PCAs)
• Assist with daily assignments and team coordination

Make a Difference Every Day

• Monitor residents’ health and report changes
• Assist physicians during rounds

Ensure Comfort and Joy

• Support resident services, including mealtime oversight and daily comfort

Grow and Share

• Help train and mentor new team members

What You’ll Need

• Current and valid New York State LPN License
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 2+ years of experience preferred (but passion matters most!)
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus

Schedule Details

• Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem options available
• Every other weekend required
• On-call rotation: Friday–Monday (one weekend per month)
