Daughters of Sarah Nursing Center is currently seeking compassionate and energetic applicants for the following Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions:

FT/PT on Evenings ***increased differentials***

The basic job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Under the direction of the nurse manager or registered nurse, following specific care plans, performs a broad range of nursing functions including administering of medications and other related protocols and assignments.
• Maintains various records and reports reflecting care given such as nursing notes, charges, receipts for drugs, and other matters that are a part of unit procedures.
• Oversees and supervises the activities of staff including CNAs. Makes daily assignments, and prepares other schedules.
• As part of standard routine, observes conditions, physical changes, and other significant events of residents making necessary documentation and reporting observations and recommendations to the supervisor for review and action. Performs rounds with physicians as requested as part of patient assessment and evaluation.

Requirements:

• Current NYS LPN License

Pay: $25.00 - $35.50 per hour
