Now Hiring: Nursing Home Administrator – Daughters of Sarah Nursing Center (Albany, NY)

Daughters of Sarah Nursing Center (DOS), a respected, faith-based, not-for-profit provider of long‑term care, is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to support our residents, and lead our dedicated team.

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for building trust with residents, families, staff, and community partners. You will also work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to ensure exceptional, mission-centered care, staff satisfaction, regulatory excellence, and a warm, resident‑centered care environment.

You Will Oversee:

• Strategic & Operational Leadership in conjunction with the CEO
• Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Resident Experience & Family Engagement
• Development and management of resident care budget in conjunction with the CFO
• Safety, Facilities & Environment of Care

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative leadership in a healthcare facility.
• Current NYS Nursing Home Administrator License required.
• Strong communication skills, team‑oriented mindset, and sensitivity to the needs of older adults.
• Knowledge of Jewish customs, traditions, and dietary laws a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
