The Youth Worker supports the daily implementation of high-quality afterschool programming by helping create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for youth. Working alongside program leadership and frontline staff, the Youth Worker assists with participant supervision, activity implementation, positive youth development, and daily program operations.
