POSITION/DEPARTMENT SUMMARY:

Our seasonal Activities Coordinator is an integral part of our team here at the Bay Terrace Pool Club for the summer months. This position is responsible for creating, scheduling, and facilitating the daily activities for the members at the pool club.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for maintaining the facility cleanliness, including the locker rooms, bathrooms, and gym

• Assisting pool members with bags and other small requests

• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of storage spaces

• Maintaining an inventory of supplies

• Helping to create a welcoming environment for all guests of the pool club

• Attends mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

• Act immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of patrons in the event of an emergency.

• Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, as well as maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• All other duties as assigned and appropriate.

JOB DETAILS

Hourly Salary: $17.50

Working schedule: 20hr - 25hrs per week
