What You’ll Do
- Achieve annual and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, conferences, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across multiple stages of the sales cycle.
- Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare proposals and closes sales opportunities.
- Manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and expanded adoption within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and activity reporting.
- Represent Dementia Reality ™ at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
What You’ll Bring
Required qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 5 years of successful sales (B2B, senior living, home care, hospice).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and complex sales cycles.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, home care, training, or nonprofit sales.

Work Arrangement
This role requires extensive field work, sales calls, and meetings at various CJE locations, with extensive local travel.
