This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. What You'll DoYou'll become a trusted Salesforce resource for departments across The Associated by: Supporting and enhancing our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud CRM and Salesforce Marketing CloudCreating reports and dashboards that turn data into meaningful insightsTroubleshooting user questions and resolving CRM issuesDeveloping documentation and delivering engaging user trainingSupporting change management and helping colleagues adopt new technologyParticipating in CRM enhancements, testing, and future system improvementsChampioning data quality and CRM best practices What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys learning new technology, and loves helping people succeed.Ideal candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in a related fieldThree or more years of CRM, database, or business systems experienceExperience with Salesforce (Nonprofit Cloud experience is a plus)Strong reporting and analytical skillsExperience creating dashboards and reportsExcellent communication and training skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailA collaborative approach and commitment to outstanding customer service Bonus PointsExperience with any of the following is a plus: Nonprofit fundraising or donor databasesChange management or user adoption initiativesExcel, Power BI and/or other business intelligence toolsData imports, data quality, or CRM implementations Why You'll Love This RoleYou'll join a collaborative team that's reimagining how technology supports fundraising, engagement, and community impact. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range is $69,000-$73,000 and is commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience Application Process – Electronic submissions are preferred.
