The Center for the Advancement of Jewish Education (CAJE-Miami) is seeking an Assistant Director for the March of the Living program and Teen Department to help lead, strengthen, and advance impactful teen programs and initiatives.

As the Assistant Director, you will play a central role in both the execution and advancement of Teen Department programs. This position combines program leadership, educational planning, strategic collaboration, and relationship-building to ensure our teens thrive and contribute meaningfully to a vibrant Jewish future.

This role is ideal for a strong professional who excels at managing complex programs, coordinating multiple moving parts, and delivering high-quality participant experiences, while also able to think strategically, contribute ideas, support educational visioning, and take increasing ownership over time. The Assistant Director will work closely with the Senior Director and Teen Department team to strengthen program implementation, participant engagement, educational outcomes, and departmental growth.
