Emerging Leaders support in various roles around camp helping to lead villages and activity areas, or training our LIT &amp; CIT teen leaders. Emerging Leaders are typically returning staff members with experience at camp and a strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally. Emerging Leaders also get to be part of a cohort-based professional development experience.
