Capital Camps &amp; Retreat Center is seeking a creative, organized, and relationship-driven Philanthropy &amp; Community Engagement Associate to help strengthen Jewish community, expand access to camp, and grow meaningful engagement with families, alumni, and supporters. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build experience in fundraising, communications, events, community engagement, nonprofit leadership, and relationship management while making a real impact. Work Environment &amp; Schedule: Based in Rockville, Maryland (Monday–Friday) from September through May; approximately 3–4 days per week at camp in Waynesboro, PA during the summer.
