CCRC seeks a creative, mission-driven Summer Videographer to capture and tell the story of the camp community through short- and long-form videos for families, alumni, donors, social media, fundraising, and marketing. Responsibilities: capture high-quality footage of daily camp life and events; create short-form social content; produce recap/highlight videos; capture B-roll; conduct informal interviews; collaborate on visual storytelling aligned with communications and philanthropy; and edit content on tight timelines while organizing footage. Qualifications include filming/editing experience, proficiency with Final Cut Pro/CapCut/Canva, strong storytelling, ability to manage multiple projects, and a portfolio. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range $2,500 – $4,500 for full summer (commensurate with experience); meals and housing provided while on-site in Waynesboro, PA. Location: Hybrid with 3–4 days per week onsite in Waynesboro, PA.
