Capital Camps &amp; Retreat Center is seeking a creative, organized, and relationship-driven Philanthropy &amp; Community Engagement Associate to help strengthen Jewish community, expand access to camp, and grow engagement with families, alumni, and supporters. This early-career role blends fundraising, communications, events, relationship-building, and project management. Key areas: community engagement &amp; fundraising, communications &amp; storytelling, events &amp; experiences, operations &amp; organization, and growth &amp; collaboration. Work Environment &amp; Schedule: Based in Rockville, Maryland (Mon–Fri) from September through May; approximately 3–4 days/week at camp in Waynesboro, PA during the summer; occasional evenings/weekends. Compensation &amp; Benefits: Salary $48,000–$52,000, comprehensive benefits, 403(b) with match, paid time off, professional development, camp tuition discounts, and summer room/board while on the Waynesboro campus.
