Capital Camps & Retreat Center (CCRC) is seeking a creative, mission-driven Summer Videographer to help capture and tell the story of our camp community. This role is essential in documenting the energy, joy, Jewish identity-building, friendships, traditions, and transformational experiences that define life at Capital Camps & Retreat Center. The Summer Videographer will work closely with the Development & Campaign Strategy team to create compelling short-form and long-form video content for families, alumni, donors, social media, fundraising campaigns, and year-round marketing initiatives. This position will also play an important role in helping CCRC build a growing archive of video and storytelling assets in advance of future strategic communications and anniversary initiatives. We are looking for someone who is excited to immerse themselves in camp life, build relationships with campers and staff, and creatively showcase the everyday moments that make camp meaningful. Meals and housing provided while on-site in Waynesboro, PA. Summer Dates Camp Session Dates: June 21 – August 9. Full summer availability preferred. Location: Hybrid position with 3–4 days per week onsite at Capital Camps & Retreat Center in Waynesboro, PA, with the opportunity to increase onsite presence based on interest, project needs, or camp programming priorities.
