Capital Camps & Retreat Center is seeking a creative, organized, and relationship-driven Philanthropy & Community Engagement Associate to help strengthen Jewish community, expand access to camp, and grow meaningful engagement with families, alumni, and supporters. About Capital Camps & Retreat Center Capital Camps & Retreat Center (CCRC) provides transformative Jewish overnight camp and retreat experiences for children, families, and communities across the Mid-Atlantic region. In addition to summer camp, the Retreat Center hosts year-round programs for organizations, families, and community groups, serving thousands of participants annually. The agency’s administrative offices are located in Rockville, Maryland, with its camp and retreat center situated in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. What You’ll Do This role combines fundraising, communications, events, relationship-building, and project management. No two days look exactly the same. Work Environment & Schedule Based in Rockville, Maryland (Monday–Friday) from September through May. Approximately 3-4 days per week at camp in Waynesboro, PA during the summer. Occasional evening and weekend events. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $48,000–$52,000, commensurate with experience.
