<div> The Director of Finance and Operations has the overall responsibility for the efficient and effective financial operations of the organization on a national level. Specifically, this includes, but is not limited to finance, HR, operations, and supporting the services of several key stakeholders in Canada and Israel. As a member of the senior management team, the Director of Finance and Operations also has input into the strategic direction of the organization. </div>
