About BZ Media

BZ Media is a mission-driven organization focused on creating impactful, story-driven content that brings Israel and the Hebrew Bible to life for young, non-denominational Christian audiences. Through digital content, creator partnerships, and immersive experiences, we aim to bring meaningful narratives to life and build a growing, engaged faith-centered community.

Position Overview

We're looking for an Educational Content Manager who is passionate about Scripture, intellectually curious, and eager to help young American Christians experience the Bible in deeper and more transformative ways.

This role blends Biblical knowledge, content development, pedagogical strategy, and immersive educational experiences. Working across BZ Media’s creative and educational teams—through both digital content and in-person experiences—you'll play a key role in helping audiences encounter God's Word in deeper and more meaningful ways. On the Education side, you will provide regular Biblical research support, develop educational resources, assist BZ Media’s thought leadership, and support educational experiences in Israel. Initially, you will observe and assist these experiences, helping Christians understand Scripture through its historical, cultural, and Hebraic context. Over time, you will be able and expected to lead these experiences. As part of the Creative team, you'll help bring Scripture to life through compelling storytelling by researching Biblical themes, writing scripts and educational content, and collaborating on creative projects that connect audiences to the people, places, and stories of the Bible.

You'll report directly to the Creative Director and work with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop content, support immersive experiences, lead regular Bible studies with creators and ensure every project reflects BZ Media's mission of bringing Scripture to life through the Holy Land.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves uncovering the Bible’s timeless wisdom, possesses excellent writing, research and teaching skills, is capable of communicating compelling Biblical answers to life's biggest questions, and is passionate about exploring creative ways to help young American Christians experience the Bible.

Who You Are

You're a Biblical educator at heart. You have a strong understanding of Scripture and its Jewish context, and you're passionate about helping Christians discover the Holy Land through the Bible’s Hebraic historical, cultural, and spiritual roots. You have the ability to understand and conceptualize both the Hebrew Bible and New Testament, speaking authentically to young Christians who are seeking to deepen their faith and understanding. You believe the stories of Scripture still speak powerfully to the questions people are asking today.

You're both a teacher and a storyteller. You love explaining complex Biblical ideas in ways that are clear, engaging, and memorable. Whether you're teaching about a Biblical passage, brainstorming a new content series, or writing a social media script, you're always looking for creative ways to help people experience Scripture with fresh eyes.

You're a strong writer with a creative mindset. You enjoy researching Biblical themes, developing content ideas, and writing scripts that connect timeless Biblical truth to modern audiences. You're energized by the challenge of answering life's biggest questions through compelling storytelling rooted in the Bible.

You’re a disciplined researcher and a careful interpreter. You enjoy locating trustworthy sources, synthesizing scholarship, and developing clear, well-supported explanations. You are attentive to textual detail, but you also know that research is most valuable when it inspires others to expand and deepen their walk with God.

You’re a builder as well as a teacher. You enjoy taking an educational vision and turning it into a structured curriculum, training program, research brief, teaching guide, or repeatable methodology. You can move between long-term educational projects and the recurring research needs of a fast-moving creative organization, managing multiple assignments without sacrificing intellectual rigor or clarity.

You're collaborative and curious. You enjoy working alongside writers, producers, creators, and thought leaders to bring ideas to life. You're excited to contribute to the creative process, welcome feedback, and continually grow as both an educator and communicator.

You have a teacher's heart. Whether you're creating digital content or helping lead an immersive experience in Israel, you find joy in helping others understand Scripture more deeply and inspiring them to connect with the people, places, and stories of the Bible in transformative ways.

Above all, you're passionate about deepening young Christians’ connection to the Holy Land by bringing Scripture to life—through creative storytelling, meaningful education, and experiences that help them encounter the Bible in fresh and lasting ways.
