The Business Development Representative plays a critical role in achieving Birthright Israel's mission by recruiting Jewish young adults to participate in transformative trips to Israel, internships, fellowships, and volunteer opportunities. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a passion for community engagement and experience managing programs and events. This role involves direct recruitment efforts at universities and within local Jewish communities, onboarding and overseeing a network of student recruiters and conducting campus visits to maximize potential recruitment efforts.The position also includes participation in national initiatives and collaboration to meet organizational goals. The role is responsible for identifying and contacting potential participants, finding qualified leads, and generating new business opportunities.
