Volunteer in Israel – a joint initiative of Taglit – Birthright Israel and the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) – will be primarily tasked with implementing and growing the "Volunteer in Israel" project, which seeks to deepen the engagement of young Jewish adults through meaningful volunteer experiences that support the rebuilding of Israel.This role will work closely with JFNA as well as various Jewish Federations across North America and other partner organizations, facilitating volunteer groups, providing critical program support, overseeing reporting and data analysis, and ensuring consistent inter-organizational communications. The Director will play a key role in strengthening and expanding the initiative's impact across the North American Jewish communal landscape.
