About Belev Echad
Founded in 2009 as an annual tour through New York City to honor wounded IDF soldiers, Belev Echad has evolved into a globally recognized nonprofit dedicated to restoring the lives of these brave heroes. Through emotional, mental, medical, legal, and financial support, we provide life-saving resources to wounded veterans—services they often can’t access on their own.
These heroes fought for Israel. Now, we fight for them.
Our programs empower soldiers and their families to heal, reintegrate, and thrive. Whether it’s mental health treatment, physical rehabilitation, or vocational reintegration, we walk alongside our soldiers every step of the way—ensuring they are supported, uplifted, and never alone.
Position Overview
Belev Echad is looking for a driven, detail-oriented storyteller to join our team as our Marketing Coordinator. You'll be the one ensuring our voice, message, and visual identity stay consistent across every channel and every partner we work with—coordinating the campaigns, materials, and vendor relationships that carry our soldiers' stories to the world.
If you're energized by people, motivated by purpose, meaningful mission, and want your work to matter in a way you can point to every single day — this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
• Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact with outside marketing, design, and print vendors, ensuring deliverables stay on-brand, on-message, and on-schedule.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand consistency across email, social media, website, print materials, and donor communications.
• Collateral Production: Coordinate the production of marketing materials (the annual calendar, brochures, event materials, donor letters) alongside leadership and outside designers.
• Calendar Management: Manage the marketing/communications calendar so campaigns, appeals, and content stay organized and on time.
• Reporting: Track and report on basic campaign performance (email opens, social engagement, etc.).
• Asset Management: Maintain the organization's digital asset library (logos, templates, photos, brand guidelines).
• Event Support: Support event marketing coordination (Annual Gala, NESHEK Women's Gala, Young Professionals events, and more).
What We Are Looking For
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related nonprofit role.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple vendors and projects at once.
• A self-starter who thrives independently and as part of a collaborative team.
