History Founded in 2009 as an annual tour through New York City to honor wounded IDF soldiers, Belev Echad has evolved into a globally recognized nonprofit dedicated to restoring the lives of these brave heroes. Through emotional, mental, medical, legal, and financial support, we provide life-saving resources to wounded veterans—services they often can’t access on their own.

Position Overview
Belev Echad is seeking a creative, passionate, and mission-driven Copywriter to join our growing marketing team. You'll play a vital role in telling the stories of our wounded IDF soldiers, inspiring donor engagement, and elevating the Belev Echad brand across all communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Campaigns: Write compelling fundraising and donor communications that inspire action and deepen connection to our mission.

• Website Content: Develop and maintain engaging, on-brand website copy that clearly communicates who we are and what we do.

• Social Media: Create content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn that grows our audience and amplifies our impact.

• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the events, development and marketing teams to align messaging with fundraising goals and campaigns.

• Print & Events: Write copy for brochures, event invitations, newsletters, and program materials as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of copywriting or content writing experience

• Exceptional written English skills with a strong editorial eye

• Experience writing for nonprofits, cause-driven organizations, or fundraising a plus

• Ability to write with empathy and translate complex stories into compelling narratives

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• A genuine passion for and connection to the mission of supporting IDF soldiers
