Belev Echad is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office and enhance our communication with donors. This individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communication channels, maintaining accurate records, and crafting thoughtful donor correspondence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for efficient office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Manage and respond to incoming mail and emails, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate handling

  • Perform accurate data entry for donor information, office records, and other administrative data

Donor Communications

  • Draft and manage donor acknowledgment letters and communications that are fresh, personalized, and engaging

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure communications align with the organization’s voice and mission

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in a nonprofit or donor relations environment

  • Bi-lingual English/Hebrew

  • Familiarity with donor management systems such as Salesforce and Bloomerang
