Belev Echad is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office and enhance our communication with donors. This individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communication channels, maintaining accurate records, and crafting thoughtful donor correspondence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for efficient office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Manage and respond to incoming mail and emails, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate handling

Perform accurate data entry for donor information, office records, and other administrative data
Donor Communications

Draft and manage donor acknowledgment letters and communications that are fresh, personalized, and engaging

Collaborate with team members to ensure communications align with the organization’s voice and mission
Qualifications:

Experience in an administrative or office support role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred:

Experience in a nonprofit or donor relations environment

Bi-lingual English/Hebrew

Familiarity with donor management systems such as Salesforce and Bloomerang
