Belev Echad is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office and enhance our communication with donors. This individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communication channels, maintaining accurate records, and crafting thoughtful donor correspondence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for efficient office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and respond to incoming mail and emails, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate handling
- Perform accurate data entry for donor information, office records, and other administrative data
Donor Communications
- Draft and manage donor acknowledgment letters and communications that are fresh, personalized, and engaging
- Collaborate with team members to ensure communications align with the organization’s voice and mission
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a nonprofit or donor relations environment
- Bi-lingual English/Hebrew
- Familiarity with donor management systems such as Salesforce and Bloomerang
