Position Overview Belev Echad is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Development Associate to support our growing development team. Reporting to the Director of Development, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening donor relationships, managing data systems, and contributing to a high-impact fundraising operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Donor Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of donors ensuring consistent outreach, appreciation, and engagement.
• Donor Stewardship: Work closely with the fundraising team to identify impactful stories and share personalized updates that deepen donor connection.
• Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of local fundraising and donor engagement events.
• CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update donor records in the database with precision and consistency.
• Prospect Research: Identify and organize new donor leads to support team cultivation strategies.
• Reporting & Admin: Provide support with mailings, reports, acknowledgments, and general fundraising administration

What we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related nonprofit role.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a talent for storytelling and relationship-building.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A self-starter who thrives independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Comfortable using CRM systems.
• Passion for Israel, Jewish causes.
