We are looking for a passionate summer Madrichim to join our team and make a difference. As a BBYO Madrich/a you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of BBYO by working closely with teens over the summer, to help them grow as leaders, explore their Jewish identities, and have an unforgettable experience at ILTC, International Kallah, or CLTC.

We offer year-round activities in hundreds of local communities and inspiring worldwide travel experiences that enable teens to explore leadership, service, civic engagement, Israel education, and Jewish values. ABOUT THE PROGRAMS

Perlman Summer is a seven-week program that includes ILTC and International Kallah. ILTC is designed to hone leadership skills for teens serving (or aspiring to serve) as regional BBYO position-holders in their home communities. ILTC participants often become the top leaders of the BBYO teen Movement, gaining skills in recruitment, program planning, and civic engagement. Kallah is a Jewish learning and spirituality institute that inspires teens to explore their Jewish identities and interests in a diverse, pluralistic setting that encourages questioning and experimentation. Kallah participants gain important Judaic skills and come away feeling a deeper connection to Jewish study, Israel, and community. Both programs are expected to reach 200 teens.

Location: Lake Como, Pennsylvania

Work commitment: ILTC and International Kallah, June 15–August 5, 2027 – $2,236

CLTC is a 13-day program designed to develop and strengthen the leadership skills of BBYO chapter leaders. At CLTC, teens from across North America form mock chapters and learn specific skills that help them lead their chapters at home. The CLTC curriculum focuses on leadership development, program planning, and hands-on experience. CLTC is expected to reach 600 teens across four sessions throughout the summer.

Location: Poyntelle, Pennsylvania

Work commitment: Choose one of the following:

CLTC 1 & 2, June 2–July 6, 2027 – $1,505
