Internship Hours: 5-8 hours/ Week
Pay: $15.20/Hour or State Min.
We’re looking for an innovative, self-starting intern to join the Movement Experiences Team beginning November 2025. The ideal candidate can work independently, is hardworking and eager to learn. We will work with your college schedule!

What Is Movement Experiences?
The Movement Experiences department comprises International Convention, BBYO Passport, Camp Leadership Programs, Jewish Enrichment, Teen Leadership, Wellness and Inclusion and is supported by the Customer Service Team. The department works with all aspects of BBYO.
Who you are:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized intern to support our Nursing and Customer Service (CS) teams during the busy pre-International Convention (IC) season. This position is ideal for someone with an interest in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or pre-med.
What you'll get to do as our Intern:
- Strengthen administrative accuracy and workflow management by reviewing incoming medical documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to health compliance protocols.
- Strengthen written and verbal communication through composing professional emails, conducting respectful, solution-focused phone calls and sending clear, policy-aligned texts to families.
- Build technical skills in digital health record system by uploading and managing camper medical records in CampDoc.
- Strengthen collaboration skills by collaborating with nursing staff to track follow-up needs and ensure campers are medically cleared for participation
- Develop cross-functional coordination by partnering with the Customer Service team to identify and resolve compliance gaps with family-submitted documentation
Role Requirements:
- A creative and responsible self-starter who is comfortable working collaboratively and taking initiative
- Detail-oriented with strong data-entry, written communication and organization skills required
- Familiarity with email and messaging tools (e.g., Gmail, WhatsApp)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and willing to learn new systems (Camp Doc or a similar system a plus)
- Comfortable communicating professionally with parents and staff
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay detail-focused
- Availability of working a minimum of 15-20 hours/week
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without holding a visa or sponsorship
- Comfortable working in a virtual setting liaising with team members across U.S. time zones (east-coast location preferred)
