POSITION TITLE: Marketing and Content Assistant; DEPARTMENT: Administration; FLSA: Hourly/Non-Exempt/20 hours per week; LOCATION: On-Site; REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports to the Director of Marketing. The Marketing & Content Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of communication efforts across social media, email, and digital platforms. Responsible for producing and scheduling mission aligned content, maintaining organization across campaigns, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials across departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include creating/scheduling social posts, developing graphics/captions/basic video, monitoring engagement, building/scheduling email campaigns, maintaining a content calendar, gathering program info, creating flyers/digital graphics/print materials, adapting assets, tracking basic performance metrics, assisting with events. QUALIFICATIONS: 1–3 years in marketing/communications/content; strong writing/editing; experience with social platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite); familiarity with email platforms; highly organized; ability to work independently; proficiency with Canva/Adobe Creative Suite/Mailchimp/Meta; nonprofit experience preferred.
