Oversees Barshop JCC facilities, members, guests, staff, and activities during evening and weekend hours; responds to needs and concerns courteously and effectively. Works independently and as part of a team; requires flexibility, good judgment, and excellent communication. Reports to Sports and Recreation Director. Key Responsibilities: supervise Sports & Fitness, Tennis Courts, Swimming pool, ballfields, and main level; implement a clean and safe environment; maintain presence via building walk-throughs; address unsafe/suspicious activity; secure entrances/offices; provide premier customer service; address member concerns; report incidents/issues to Sports & Fitness Director; complete incident/accident reports; oversee/assist evening/weekend staff in CID, S&F Front Desk, Gift Shop, Fitness Center, Group Fitness, Sports & Rec, Aquatics, Maintenance; coordinate event/program setup; communicate with CID; understand/execute Emergency Action Plans; other duties. Experience: effective facilities/activity/staff supervision; strong problem-solving; excellent customer service and communication; CPR/AED and First Aid (recertification available); prior supervisory experience preferred; Microsoft Office and Outlook experience.
