Position title: Fitness Center Attendant; FLSA: Hourly/Non-Exempt/Part-Time; DEPARTMENT: Sports &amp; fitness; PAY RANGE: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour; Reporting Relationship: Reports to Fitness &amp; Group Exercise Supervisor. Ensures the fitness center operates smoothly and provides a welcoming, clean, safe environment; engages members/guests, provides basic equipment orientation, enforces etiquette, responds to safety/emergencies, cleans equipment, launders towels, monitors equipment and reports maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED; outstanding interpersonal skills; strength and cardio training experience; current CPR/AED preferred.
