POSITION TITLE: Driver | FLSA: Hourly/Non-Exempt | DEPARTMENT: Transportation | HOURS: Up to 15 hours/week, in person. Reporting to the Director of Systems and Operations. Provide safe, reliable transportation for JCC programs and events (older adult activities, after-school programs, field trips). Key competencies include an excellent driving record, teamwork, strong communication, experience with children and older adults, reliability, and commitment to agency success. Responsibilities include transporting older adults and students, assisting with boarding, basic vehicle maintenance checks, washing vans and reporting issues, protecting health and safety, attending meetings, running errands, and other duties. Physical requirements include frequent sitting/standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally 100 lbs), and driving various passenger vehicles. Qualifications: 21+; HS diploma or equivalent; Class B or A CDL with P endorsement (required); clean driving record; multi-passenger vehicle experience; CPR/First Aid preferred.
