POSITION TITLE: Driver; FLSA: Hourly/Non-Exempt; DEPARTMENT: Transportation; HOURS: Up to 15 hours/week, in person; REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Director of Systems and Operations. Provides safe, reliable transportation for Barshop JCC programs (older adult activities, after-school programs, field trips). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Transport older adults and after-school students; assist passengers on/off vehicles; perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and washing; report issues; protect health/safety of passengers; attend meetings; run agency errands; other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: 21+ with HS diploma or equivalent; Class B or A Commercial Driver’s License with P Endorsement REQUIRED; clean driving record; experience with older adults/children preferred; experience driving multi-passenger vehicles (school bus, van, mini-van); CPR/First Aid preferred.
