Leads oversight and strategy for youth & camp, family, adult, senior adult, and cultural arts programming, with focus on Jewish journeys and JCC Jewish identity. Oversees day-to-day operations, builds cross-department collaboration with marketing, membership, development, and finance, and works closely with staff and volunteers. Competencies: collaborative leadership, excellent communication, strong knowledge of Jewish culture/traditions, program development, event planning, project management, compliance with Texas child care regulations/ACA, and staff mentorship. Key responsibilities include supervising program staff; managing program services, scheduling, outreach, and engagement; leading the Jewish Film Festival/Lonestar Cinema and Author Speaker Series; customer service strategy; data-driven program evaluation; ACA compliance; special projects; budget management; contracts; partnerships/fundraising; and representing the JCC at events. Physical requirements include regular talking/hearing, standing/sitting, walking, computer/phone use, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience; 3+ years management/supervision; 5+ years non-profit or similar; event planning; Microsoft Office; CRM experience; familiarity with local Jewish community.
