Oversees JCC facilities, members, guests, staff, and activities during evenings/weekends. Responds to needs/concerns courteously and effectively. Reports to Sports and Recreation Director. Key responsibilities: supervise Sports &amp; Fitness areas (tennis, pool, ballfields, main level), ensure a clean/safe environment, conduct building walkthroughs, address unsafe behaviors, secure entrances/offices, deliver premier customer service, address member concerns, report incidents, complete incident/accident reports, oversee evening/weekend staff (CID, front desk, gift shop, fitness, group fitness, sports/rec, aquatics, maintenance), coordinate event set-ups, maintain communication with CID, execute the Emergency Action Plans (EAP), and other duties. Experience: supervision of facilities/staff, problem solving, excellent customer service/communication, CPR/AED and First Aid (recert available), prior supervisory experience preferred, Microsoft Office/Outlook proficiency.
