Position: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Internal Audit Team Lead to join our headquarters team and provide critical methodological support to our field operations. In this role, you will serve as a professional anchor, guiding and mentoring field auditors throughout the end-to-end management of audit missions. You will be responsible for defining audit scopes, validating final reports, and ensuring consistent standards across all team activities. A key part of your mission will be driving the department’s digital transformation by integrating advanced technologies and AI-based solutions into our workflows. Key Responsibilities
Audit Team Lead:
- Lead end-to-end audit engagements (scope, methodology, execution, reporting).
- Supervise and mentor auditors, ensuring high professional standards.
- Identify systemic risks and control gaps, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Present key findings and strategic insights to senior management.
- Strengthen audit methodologies and promote best practices.
AI & Digital Transformation:
- Identify audit processes suitable for automation and AI integration.
- Design and implement AI-based solutions to enhance data analysis, anomaly detection, and risk identification.
- Develop automated workflows and data-driven dashboards.
- Embed AI tools into day-to-day audit activities and train the team in their use.
- Promote a culture of innovation and data-driven auditing.
- Present clear analysis results to audited units and senior management. Deliver well-documented, reusable insights that enhance audit conclusions and support data-backed decision-making.

- Proven experience in Internal Audit (at least 3 years) with a clear track record of leading teams or complex projects.
- Deep understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A tech-savvy mindset with a passion for data-driven auditing and automation. Experience in data analytics, specifically applied to internal audit objectives is a significant advantage.
- Languages: Russian - Fluent/Native. English and Hebrew - High proficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields - Mandatory
