The Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute is seeking a MarCom and Missions Manager who can transform research reports, data, and insights into powerful narratives that connect donors, partners, and stakeholders to our mission: advancing Israeli society through applied social research.

About the Role

The MarCom and Missions role is a key position within the Institute’s External Relations team. It involves leading external communications, developing content strategy, supporting resource development, and producing events and missions in Israel and abroad.

The position requires top-level content creation in both English and Hebrew, the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, and exceptional skill in connecting research, strategy, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Content Creation

  • Writing impact stories and content for donors from the Jewish-American philanthropic world
  • Writing newsletters in English and Hebrew, letters, content for Board meetings, and materials for donor meetings
  • Creating content for social media and developing campaigns to grow and engage target audiences
  • Develop and deliver strategic messaging and high-quality content for Institute leadership and content creation for the CEO, including presentations, speeches, updates, and more
  • Scriptwriting, video production, and creation of visual content

· Working closely with the Resource Development Lead to support its content requirements

2. Events, Tours, and Missions

  • Producing study tours to the U.S. for government delegations, as well as hosting delegations and donors in Israel
  • Developing content frameworks and building itineraries for travel focused on partnership development and fundraising
  • Planning and producing visits of the Board and donors to Israel

Job Requirements

  • Native-level English and Hebrew – required
  • Proven experience in marketing and strategic writing tailored to diverse audiences – required
  • Experience creating social media content and growing audiences – an advantage
  • Experience producing delegations, tours, and large-scale events – a strong advantage
  • Experience working with donors or government bodies – required
  • Familiarity with the Jewish-American philanthropic world – a strong advantage
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking, and multi-stakeholder environment

  • High creativity and the ability to tell impactful stories in a compelling, accurate, and persuasive manner

  • Location: Jerusalem, hybrid work model (office and remote)
