HUB Program Coordinator
Job Title: HUB Program Coordinator
Reports to: HUB Program Manager
Location: Hub, Budapest
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities and tasks
Coordination and communication related to trainings, workshops and other events
- Online marketing and promotion of events.
- Direct communication with participants.
- Coordinating with lecturers and trainers.
Involvement in the online and offline communication of the Mozaik Hub (web, Facebook, Instagram, newsletter, printed materials)
- Communicational content development (posts, visual content, campaigns, blog articles) and editorial tasks.
- Branding and visual communication related tasks (communication with graphic designer).
- Enhancing analytics tracking for social media engagement, website traffic, and online learning materials.
- Coordinating PR efforts to ensure broader coverage of the Hub’s impact stories.
Content development
- Participating in creating and testing new trainings and further developing existing ones.
- Organizing and developing peer-to-peer workshops with Hub members.
- Participating in designing and implementing special projects of the Hub in cooperation with partners from community organizations.
Operational and Programmatic Efficiency
- Maintaining the internal knowledge-sharing platform for Hub members to exchange best practices.
- Assisting with grant reporting and tracking.
- Strengthening peer-learning initiatives by documenting and sharing best practices.
- Involvement in the monitoring of the program: keeping track of data from core activities (trainings, consultancy sessions, grants).
Strengthening Monitoring & Evaluation
- Implementing participant feedback loops for continuous improvement in training and events.
- Tracking engagement patterns among Hub members to identify areas for innovation.
- Compiling periodically reports on program outcomes.
Administrative support and other tasks related to the infrastructure
- Processing invoices and providing materials to the finance team.
- Purchasing office- and other products.
- Communicating with suppliers and service providers.
- Assisting Mozaik Hub residents and guests.
Youth and young community stakeholders
- Building and maintaining relations with young community leaders with a special focus on Szarvas Camp counsellors, youth movements and youth organizations.
- Creating engagement pathways for young professionals and emerging leaders to integrate them into the Hub.
+ Ongoing learning and development along the themes and topics covered by consultancy sessions and trainings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program coordination, event management, administrative work, informal education or a similar role.
- Experience in online marketing, social media management, and content development.
- Experience in partnership management and communication with vendors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and content management systems - strong advantage,
- Familiarity with graphic design tools - strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), including analytical experience.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian (written and spoken).
- Previous education in Communication, Informal Education, Social Science, or a related field - advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a "can-do" approach
