The Joint (JDC), the world’s leading Jewish humanitarian assistance organization, seeks to hire a team-player and a self-starter with excellent analytical skills and attention to details, to fill the position of Budget Control Coordinator in the JDC - FSU-EUAA (Europe, Africa & Asia).

In this position, you will:

• Assist in the development of a robust reporting infrastructure.
• Build and control the annual budget plan for different countries and programs.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for donors.
• Generate SAP reports and any other necessary documentation.
• Monitor and control budget codes across various systems.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and other supporting materials.
• Assist the regional team with general requests, including controlling, overseeing, and processing invoices and grants.

• Relevant academic education: Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and Management, Exact Sciences.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in controlling and budget management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.), Power BI - is an advantage.
• Previous experience in SAP – is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational capabilities, attention to details, accuracy, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and the ability to drive processes independently.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (both spoken and written), Russian - a must.
