As part of our growth, we are seeking a Marketing Director to lead the strategy and execution of our omnichannel marketing initiatives. This role is for a highly strategic, hands-on marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for delivering impactful campaigns, managing design and creative direction, overseeing our digital ecosystem (including SEO, website, paid media, and automation), and ensuring data-driven decision making across all channels.
About the Role
As Marketing Director, you will partner closely with the CMO and lead a talented team of creatives, digital marketers, and operations specialists to shape and execute Aish’s marketing strategy. You will own the full marketing funnel: from audience growth and engagement to conversion and retention — across digital and offline channels.
This is a leadership role for someone who can balance high-level strategy with rolling up their sleeves to ensure excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop our high-performing marketing team.
- Promote a collaborative, creative, and accountable team culture.
- Own relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors.
Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and direct integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-impact campaigns across digital, print, events, and grassroots initiatives.
Digital Ecosystem Management
- Manage and evolve our digital marketing team who is responsible for strategy and optimization for all digital channels, including:
- Website and landing page optimization
- SEO and organic growth strategies
- Paid & Sponsored Media
- Email, SMS, WhatsApp marketing and nurture campaigns
- Social media engagement and growth strategies
- Ensure seamless user experience and messaging consistency across platforms.
Design & Creative Direction
- Manage and evolve the creative team (Creative Director, Graphic Designers), ensuring all assets align with Aish’s brand identity.
- Supervise production & QA of design assets for campaigns, events, social media, digital ads, and the website.
- Champion compelling, innovative storytelling that reflects Aish’s values and voice.
Marketing Operations & Automation
- Own marketing automation strategy to enhance audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and engagement workflows.
- Oversee campaign performance tracking, dashboards, and marketing analytics.
- Lead a data-driven approach to decision-making by developing KPIs and dashboards for campaign tracking and optimization.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Test and iterate on campaigns to optimize performance across channels.
Qualifications
Professional Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Experience managing multi-functional teams across digital marketing, creative, and operations.
- Deep experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Active Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Expertise in SEO, paid media buying, performance marketing, and website optimization.
- Strong creative sensibility with experience overseeing design and content production.
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Transformation & Visualization, etc.) and data-driven decision making.
- Background in education or Jewish values-driven brands is a strong plus.
