Aish Detroit is seeking a highly organized and relationship-oriented Community Engagement Manager to help activate and grow our network of volunteer leaders.

Working closely with Aish leadership, this role helps translate the relationships and vision of Aish Detroit into active volunteer committees and meaningful community engagement. While Aish leadership maintains many of the core relationships with community members and volunteers, the Community Engagement Manager ensures those relationships are activated through organized committees, clear follow-up, and volunteer-driven initiatives.

The Community Engagement Manager will coordinate committees, facilitate productive meetings, and support volunteers in bringing ideas and programs to life. In addition, this role will help identify and engage new community members with leadership potential, expanding participation and cultivating emerging volunteer leaders.

The ideal candidate is a natural connector and strong organizer who enjoys motivating others, building momentum, and helping people turn ideas into meaningful community involvement.
