PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Incident Response Team, Coordinator, will support ADL’s Incident Response (IR) team by managing case intake, incident response and triage operations, and knowledge documentation. This role ensures accurate incident management and tracking, maintains knowledge and content in various platforms, and provides training and onboarding support to IR team members and other staff involved in IR.

Responsibilities

Primary:

  • Review and triage incoming incident reports, ensuring appropriate documentation, categorization, and response assignment.
  • Assist in data entry, tracking, and reporting of incident trends.
  • Maintain and update files on knowledge management systems (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, AI tools), ensuring accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Assist in quality assurance efforts, reviewing digital reporting channels and data integrity.
  • Coordinate training and onboarding for staff, ensuring a smooth introduction and integration into ADL’s response protocols.
  • Provide general operational support to the Director and Associate Directors, ensuring seamless team coordination.

Secondary:

  • Support the development of training materials and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Ensure efficient cross-team communication and coordination of incident response.
  • Participate in process optimization projects to improve IR workflows and data accuracy.

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Previous experience with salesforce systems including Salesforce marketing cloud preferred.
  • Excellent data entry, quality assurance, and documentation skills.
  • Experience coordinating training and onboarding teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in cross-team collaboration.
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Experience:

  • The ideal candidate has several years of experience working in a team environment in case management, knowledge management, or training coordination or related fields.
  • Experience working with ADL incident response, education, or advocacy teams is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, data management, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Work Environment:

  • ADL is a hybrid environment; this role will require 3 days in the office.

Compensation:

  • This position has a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience and reflect the budget for a given position, and since ADL has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
