Overview
ADL’s Center on Extremism team is looking for a dynamic intern to join us from June 15 to August 7, 2026. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with issues pertaining to antisemitism, anti-Zionism and data management. Our Center on Extremism internship provides the opportunity for students to gain practical experience with research, data and fighting antisemitism.
Application portals will close at 3 PM ET on March 10, 2026. ADL will confirm the selected candidates by mid-April.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and research large volumes of information from multiple sources pertaining to antisemitism, anti-Zionism and hate.
- Populate COE databases with essential content, categories, and records.
- Summarize relevant data and share with COE staff and management.
- Help maintain quality and integrity of COE database content.
- Provide additional research support as requested.
- Attend and participate in the ADL Summer Internship Learning Program sessions, where you will get to have discussions with accomplished leaders and subject matter experts at ADL.

Compensation and Hours
- This internship is paid $15.00 per hour, or local minimum wage, whichever is higher, depending on the location of the intern.
- The internship is 15 hours per week.
Location
- This internship will be hybrid with on-site presence required or remote, depending on the location of the intern.
- Intern must be located near an ADL office.
What will you do during this internship?
- You will learn about real-life decision-making challenges and help us develop real-time solutions.
- You will have the opportunity to present your work at internal forums within ADL.
- You will have practical, hands-on experience with issues pertaining to antisemitism, anti-Zionism and data management.
- Collaborate with, meet and learn from ADL subject matter experts at all levels and become familiar with the varied work we do to “stop the defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment to all.”
