Overview
ADL's Marketing team is looking for a dynamic intern to join us from June 15 to August 7, 2026. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing concepting, execution and measurement, social media marketing creative concepting and development, writing and editing for business and marketing communications, as well as have strong creative, communication and organization skills, and a basic understanding of marketing analytics.
Our Marketing internship provides the opportunity for students to gain practical experience with content and competitive analysis, including AI Engine content optimization, Audience engagement, including research and outreach for marketing pilot(s), and Content ideation and creation across digital and social media channels in support of specific goals.
Application portals will close at 3 PM ET on March 10, 2026. ADL will confirm the selected candidates by mid-April.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, lead and support strategic projects focused on youth audience activation, including research, content analysis, and presentation development for brand awareness and engagement.
- Support engagement pilots by identifying partners for outreach, conducting research to inform strategy, and contribute to program success.
- Creative and campaign concepting/ ideation and development for driving specific goals and KPIs with 18-45 year olds and sports partners.
- Collaborate and contribute to a video strategy leveraging current and identifying gaps and opportunities across owned properties and YouTube.
- Attend and participate in the ADL Summer Internship Learning Program sessions, where you will get to have discussions with accomplished leaders and subject matter experts at ADL.

Compensation and Hours
- This internship is paid $17.00 per hour.
- The internship is 15 hours per week.
Location
- This internship will be hybrid, with on-site presence required in New York City, New York.
What will you do during this internship?
- You will learn about real-life decision-making challenges and help us develop real-time solutions.
- You will have the opportunity to present your work at internal forums within ADL.
- You will have practical, hands-on experience with social media marketing creative concepting and development, as well as writing and editing for business and marketing communications.
- Collaborate with, meet and learn from ADL subject matter experts at all levels and become familiar with the varied work we do to “stop the defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment to all.”
