<div><div> <p>If you love people, love being at a retreat center surrounded by nature, and you’re looking for a meaningful place to volunteer your time, this is the role for you.</p> <p>We are seeking friendly volunteers to staff our beautiful new front desk!</p> <p><strong>Duties include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Welcoming guests upon arrival and entry to building</li> <li>Pointing guests in the right direction for meeting spaces, restrooms, lodging, dining</li> <li>Answering basic questions about the grounds and facilities</li> <li>Taking comments and concerns, and forwarding them to appropriate staff</li> <li>Taking gift shop orders</li> <li>Encouraging guests to take our guest survey</li> <li>Thanking guests upon check-out </li> </ul> <p>This role is perfect for: Students earning volunteer hours or interested in the hospitality field, remote workers and self-employed folks who want a fun workplace away from home, retirees looking for meaningful social interaction.</p> <p>There will be downtime to study, work on other jobs/projects, read, etc. Note, this is an unpaid volunteer opportunity.</p> <p>Flexible hours built around your life schedule, earn rewards like overnight stays, meals, swag, etc. (Note: our holiday retreats sell out and are not included in volunteer perks program.)</p> </div></div>
