In collaboration with schools, camps, universities, travel experience providers, and more, The iCenter supports educators with training, tools, and resources to bring Israel into learners’ lives. If that’s a yes, then we’d love for you to share your creative and technical talents with our growing Marketing and Communications team based in Northbrook, IL.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Serve on a team to develop and actualize The iCenter’s integrated multi-channel marketing and communications strategy using compelling multimedia content optimized for digital channels.
  • Organize, update, and maintain content on digital communications platforms, including website, social media, e-newsletter, and press releases for audiences across North America and Israel.
  • Responsible for composing and publishing dynamic content (text, image, video) to promote meaningful conversation and engagement through social media channels.
  • Build influencer marketing strategy to drive local, regional, national, and international awareness, visitation, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with partners locally and beyond, including hashtag campaigns, strategic content (re)sharing, and collaborative reporting.
  • Lead, write, deliver, and grow traction of monthly email newsletter and provide regular reporting of results.
  • Monitor analytics to help make data-driven decisions to increase engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • BS/BA in marketing, communications, journalism, digital storytelling, or related field
  • Digital communications experience, including web, social, and email
  • Fluency with WordPress, Mailchimp, and social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Salesforce
  • Experience with paid social media ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices preferred
  • Strong project manager with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience with and knowledge of Israel and Hebrew

COMMITMENT & BENEFITS

This is a full-time position based in Northbrook, IL. The iCenter is currently operating in a hybrid work model. Team members will work out of the Northbrook office three days per week and will work remotely two days per week.
